Centered around the theme, “Vidya Vikas: Empowering School Leaders with Indian Ethos and Excellence,” this summit is exclusively curated for Principals, Headmasters, Educational Administrators, Campus Directors, Counsellors, Management Representatives and Senior Teachers from Secondary Schools, Pre-University Colleges and Higher Secondary Schools.

This transformative summit will provide a platform for school leaders to reimagine their institutions as hubs of innovation, ethical leadership and holistic excellence—preparing students to thrive in a dynamic, interconnected world. Additionally, we will honor institutions that have made significant contributions to the Implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Education and the Integration of Indian Ethos in Education through the Kristu Jayanti Excellence Award 2025.

We encourage you to apply for the Kristu Jayanti Excellence Award 2025 (Category I: Implementation of SDGs in Education, Category II: Integration of Indian Ethos in Education), on or before April 30, 2025 and secure your spot at the summit by registering at the earliest, as seats are limited. Dr. Surjit Singha is a passionate academician and researcher with over 15 years of professional experience spanning administration, teaching, and research. Currently serving as a faculty member at Kristu Jayanti College, Dr. Singha is deeply committed to fostering academic growth and guiding students in their research pursuits.

His multidisciplinary interests include the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Organizational Climate, Workforce Diversity, Organizational Culture, Human Resource Management (HRM), Marketing, Finance, International Business, Global Business, Artificial Intelligence, K12 & Higher Education, Gender, and Cultural Studies. An accomplished author and editor, Dr. Singha contributes to renowned global publications and journals and holds prominent editorial roles, including being on the Editorial Review Board of the Information Resources Management Journal (SCOPUS & WoS).

With an impressive academic portfolio, Dr. Singha has published over 160+ articles, book chapters, and textbooks, including 89+ SCOPUS-indexed publications. He also holds 2+ US Copyrights and 1+ Patent, demonstrating his dedication to innovation and originality. Additionally, he has successfully completed two fully funded minor research projects from Kristu Jayanti College. As a research mentor, Dr. Singha has guided numerous students and young scholars toward academic excellence.

His academic qualifications include a PhD, M.Phil, and MBA (Distinction) from Christ University, M.Com, BBM from Kristu Jayanti College (Bangalore University), and PGDHE (Higher Education) from IGNOU (Central University). He is also a UGC-NET (Commerce) qualifier and serves as an Examiner for International Baccalaureate (IB).
