Dr. Surjit Singha is an Associate Professor, PhD Research Guide, and passionate academician with over 16 years of experience across administration, teaching, and research. He is currently serving at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, where he actively mentors students and young scholars.

His multidisciplinary research interests span UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), CSR, sustainability, organizational climate and culture, workforce diversity, HRM, marketing, finance, international and global business, artificial intelligence, K–12 and higher education, gender, and cultural studies.

Dr. Singha has published over 150 scholarly works, including 121 Scopus-indexed research papers as of 2 January 2026, ranking him No. 1 across Kristu Jayanti University by document count. He also holds two US Copyrights and one Patent. He serves as an editor and reviewer for international journals and is a member of the Editorial Review Board of the Information Resources Management Journal (Scopus & WoS).

He has completed three fully funded minor research projects and actively collaborates across disciplines, focusing on evidence-based research with practical and societal impact. He is open to international research collaboration and academic mobility.
